New to Yoga

Yoga really is for everyone.

If you’re thinking of joining us and it’s your first yoga holiday, or you would like to get into yoga and are thinking “Ummm I’m not sure if it’s for me…” then please read on!

If you are new to the practice of yoga, you can sometimes feel overwhelmed of where to start? The physical postures, the breath work, and this feeling it completely normal. I felt the same but once I attended my first class I loved it!.

The way I teach is for everyone I offer lots of variations for all levels and indulging in a week of Yoga and free time is the perfect balance to get your yoga on.

No expectations or strict instruction, just plenty of encouragement to work with what you have and Grow Your own Yoga practice.

We offer small groups allowing time to assist, giving you time to ask questions in a relaxed and fun environment. After one week or two, you will leave with a great foundation to deepen and enjoy your Own home yoga practice when you return home.
