Our 200 hour course balances the practical, philosophy, methodology and teaching techniques and practice of yoga. Of great importance to us is providing our students -YOU!- with a well-rounded, comprehensive training, giving you the tools, techniques, and confidence that allow you to immediately begin teaching on a professional level.
The great advantage of of a residential training is that you can totally immerse yourself without any distraction from the outside world.
