Your first yoga practice will be on Monday morning and the final practice will be on Friday evening.
7.30 Am Yoga practice: Asana (yoga postures) Pranayama (breath work) Relaxation.
9.30 am Breakfast: Buffet style, including: cereal, muesli, yogurt, dried fuits, fresh fruits, local bread, cheese, vegetables, eggs, olives, honey, jam, tahini and (occassionally) pancakes!
The rest of the day is yours to explore this fabulous area of Turkey...
Relax on one of the golden beaches just a short stroll walk away...indulge in an Holistic treatment or Turkish Bath (Hammam) for a deeper relaxation...visit the busy markets of nearby Manavgat, take a boat trip along the river or just chill-lax on the beanbags in our peaceful gardens.
6.00 pm Yoga practice: The evening sessions have more a relaxed workshop vibe, offering the opportunity to explore all the many varied and fascinating aspects of Yoga. This could include; focussing on certain postures or areas of the body, breathing practices, mantra, deep relaxation, meditation or yoga nidra.
Class times may very slighty depending on the time of the season
8.00pm on your first and last night join us for a welcome/farewell dinner, with traditional homecooked Turkish food.
The other evenings you are free to choose from the wide variety of restaurants and cafes in Side. There is something for everyone here: Traditional Turkish, locally caught fish restaurants,Turkish pizza (pide) and not forgetting the original Turkish kebab!
We offer free unlimited tea, coffee and herbal teas and a fridge for your personal use.
