How our days Flow


Our first yoga practice is on Monday morning and final practice Friday evening. Wednesday is a free day with optional morning self-practice.

Wake up in our mind-full space. Help yourself to tea or coffee as you wonder a few steps to our Yoga Shala.

8.00 am

Together we will wake up our wonderful selfs from the inside out. Tune in and reap the powerful effects of our breath (pranayama) & mindfulness meditation as we start to move and wake up the body that will organically guide you through a life-enriching practice, creating freedom and spaciousness in your whole being.

9.45 am

Buffet-style breakfast served in our garden. A selection of cereals, muesli, yogurt, dried fruits, seeds, nuts, fresh seasonal fruits, local bread, cheeses, eggs dishes, olives, honey, jam, tahini and pancakes Fridays, freshly baked Borek! (Local produce and from our garden)

The rest of the day is yours to explore this fabulous area of Side.

5.15 pm (optional)

You are welcome to join me before our evening practice for a session that will evolve organically from week to week and will be a great time to talk about anything yoga. Maybe something came up for you during your free time between practices? You can ask me any questions you like, we can talk about breathing, mindfulness, meditation, personal practice, postures, breaking down postures have journaling time. This time together is about anything that enhances and indulges you deeper into your yoga practice and holiday experience.

6.00 pm

The evening sessions have a lovely relaxed vibe, offering us the opportunity to explore poses a little deeper. We will indulge in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, breathing practices, deep relaxation, meditation, and Yoga Nidra.

8.00 pm

On your first and last evening we will enjoy traditional Turkish home cooked, welcome & farewell vegetarian dinner, with free wine (optional) 🙂

The days are yours to reap the rewards of your yoga practice, relax on one of the golden beaches just a short stroll walk away… Visit the traditional Turkish markets in nearby Manavgat. We can arrange a private boat trip up the emerald green river in Manavgat or just chill-lax on the bean bags in our peaceful Oasis.

Your free evenings choose from the wide variety of restaurants and cafes in Side overlooking the Mediterranean a choice of Traditional Turkish, fish, Turkish pizza (Pide), maze and not forgetting the original Turkish kebab!

We offer free unlimited tea, coffee, herbal teas and a fridge for our guest’s use.
